What is a Notary?
A Mobile Notary travels to the customer’s location to perform notarizations. They may charge up to the maximum fee set by state law for notarization services. They also charge a separate travel fee for traveling to the customer’s location. Notaries are able to provide services to any customer or business that requires a notarization, as long as the notarization request is permitted by state law.
What is a Signing Agent?
Notary Signing Agents notarize signatures on loan documents for the mortgage and title industries, and will travel to the signer’s location to do so. Services include notarizing and performing additional duties during assignments, such as printing and delivering loan document packages to the signer, ensuring that all needed signatures are obtained on loan documents, and mailing completed loan document packages to the title company or lender.

Pricing will vary dependent on the number of signatures/pages/documents requiring notarization, including the client's location.

Notarization fee is $2 per signature/document.

Travel fee is $35 and can increase based on mileage/distance traveled.

Loan signings can vary depending on the type/package size. Services include printing of two (2) sets of documents, travel to client, collection of all signatures, notarization and secured return of documents.
